 FULLERENICI  INNAMORATI
Scroll down for English – faites glisser pour la version française
Ingredienti
2 rossi d’uovo
200 g. di farina
100 g. di zucchero
100 g. di burro o margarina non idrogenata
1 cucchiaino di lievito
35/40 piccoli flessivetri caramellati rossi

FULLERENIC IN LOVE

This is a variation for the cookies with fullerenic flexiglass, the recipe has been adapted for people in love that, on Retra and on Earth, celebrate their special day on February 14th. The fullerenic flexiglass is the last invention based on carbon that  was  used for the first time on the utorocket UEN17, with which Valen conquered the planet Duo. It’s the most resistant material that can be used for the transparents on spaceships. It is not eatable but with its by-product, a very hard cardon hydrate, Retra’s inhabitants made out very small red fullerenic caramelized flexiglass- candies for the happiness of all the Retran lovers. For this recipe only red caramelized flexiglasses can be used. On Earth Claudia advises to use simple red sugar candies
Ingredients
2 yolks
200 g. of flower                             or 7 ounces of flower
100 g. of sugar                               or 3.5 ounces of sugar
100 g. of butter                              or 3.5 ounces of butter
10 g of baking powder                  ½ teaspoon of baking powder
35/40 small red fullerenic caramelized flexiglass candies.

Kead the flower and the butter, then add the sugar, the baking powder, and then the yolks until you get a velvety dough.

Spread the dough with a a rolling pin and then use a glass or a cup to cut regular disks into the dough.

Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut the interior of the disc.

Put the cut cookies on an oven dish coverd with baking paper and let them cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

In the meantime preheat the oven at 180° C. (350°F.) then crumble the fullerenic caramelized flexiglass candies in a food processor or a blender.

Bake the cookies in the oven for 5 minutes. Take the cookies out of the oven and put the candy crumbs into the empty shapes of the discs.

Bake again for 7/8 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool off before moving them.

DELICIOUS!

FULLERENIQUES AMOUREUX
